Returns & Exchanges

At Nykd by Nykaa, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible products within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and hygiene liners for a successful processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit the 'My Orders' section on our app or website, select the item you wish to return or exchange, and choose the reason from the drop-down menu.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all tags intact; our courier partner will perform a primary quality check at the time of pickup.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours of your request; please ensure you collect the pickup confirmation receipt from the delivery executive.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the final quality inspection, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method or your exchange order will be shipped.
